Re:Zero Manga To Adapt 5th Arc Of Light Novel In February 2024

Media Factory’s Monthly Comic Alive magazine has some exciting news in store for Tappei Nagatsuki’s Re:Zero fans. The manga adaptation of fifth arc of light novel is scheduled to begin on February 19, 2024.

The 5th arc is titledStars that Engrave HistoryComic Alive+ will be available on the ComicWalker site.

The official Twitter account of Monthly Comic Alive magazine announced that the first and third arcs manga adaptations would be available for free on the ComicWalker site from February 5-19, 2024.

Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World is a Japanese light novel series written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shin’ichiro Otsuka. It began serialization in 2012 as a web-novel on the user generated website Shosetsuka ni Naro. Media Factory’s MF Bunko J imprint has published 36 light novel, five side stories volumes and nine short story collection.

The series’ first four arcs have been adapted into separate manga series. The first, written by Daichi Matsue, was released between June 2014 and February 2015. Square Enix has published the second adaptation, by Makoto Furugetsu, since October 2014. Matsue published the third adaptation by Media Factory in May 2015.

The fourth arc has been adapted by Haruno Atori, Yu Aikawa.

White Fox produced an anime television series that aired between April and September 2016. The show began with a one-hour special. Two original video-animation (OVA) episodes have been released in November and October 2018.

A second season will be broadcast in a split format. The first part will air from July to September of 2020, while the second half will air from January to march 2021. A third season has already been announced.
