I'll quote the top part of the list:

See Naruto there? =) It keeps 16th place, below Fairy Tail, which is at 13th position. And it makes sense, since the manga has ended quite a while ago. Naruto is still doing better than Bleach though.
What is bleach position and what does this number "13,790,776" signify?

That doesn't make much sense to me.

There are a variety of reasons, I guess..... One Piece dubbing is horrible; when it first was aired, it suffered heavy censoring, so its PR took a hit; Naruto got more games and other stuff than Naruto, initially; Naruto has more appeal than One Piece to kids, because it has Ninja, comedy, etc., though this is not that good a reason, because the same could be said about One Piece; you can also say that the art in One Piece is quite odd, but, this is not that strong a reason.......

" Justice is subject to dispute; might is easily recognized and is not disputed. So we cannot give might to justice, because might has gainsaid justice, and has declared that it is she herself who is just. And thus, being unable to make what is just strong, we have made what is strong just."

There is this cartoon called "Nu, pogodi", it is fairly well known in Russia, yet I doubt there is a lot of people outside post-Soviet countries that have seen it =) Makes more sense now? Grin   Correlations between domestic and international popularity happen, but it is definitely not a rule.

Let's talk in the total context.
Which is more popular then?

Censoring?
I don't think they have any romance in that anime. Why do they need to censor it?

Are you questioning the god?
Total contest refers to everything. Not just statistics of just one state, country or one place.

If you are so sure, then I don't have any doubts no more.
If they are available at some point, this god would like to take a look at them.
