Uhh...I forgot all about it but if that person got everything, then it's not fair.
The original owners are crippled now

Not a justification to kill him though, right?

Well, if you put it like that.. Shucks this is insane in so many ways.
I don't think ethical and moral values apply here

Is there a situation where morals stop applying though? =) I'd think those are universal, sort of by definition.

You do know the cannibalism stuff sometimes lecturers ask right?
Something about eating a corpse or a song person to keep others alive and such... I hate questions like that. I would rather starve

Well, it is a perfectly valid moral choice though. You choose to put your own (or someone else's) life on top of a cultural tabu (such as eating human flesh which came from a dead body). It is a difficult choice, but the morals apply here, no problem. Even a person who killed another to eat his flesh made a moral decision, and he would have to bear the consequences of this moral choice. You can't just say "I was hungry, morals don't apply", this is not how morals work. That said, of course in practice our normal understanding of right and wrong breaks at extreme situations, and people understand that; so a wise person would hold his judgement regarding the choices by a person dying from hunger.

Anyone's it scares me how you and shaurya makes decisions just like that. Morals are something out human kind created to live a civil life. If they don't apply in extreme conditions..... Then it would be just another execuse too, according to me. I am not talking about the right or whiny decision here. Honestly, I don't want that person made up of others body parts to die but I don't know if you could call that living either

That is exactly what I said Tongue

Sure you can call it living. What is the difference between his life and mine or yours? =) Aside from him being held in a prison at the moment and other nasty circumstances, which aren't really his fault.

._.
Don't tell me you believe that cloning a person is also good Sindar.
There are things that shouldn't be done but when it's already done, we have to accept them.
That's what I believe

I have no opinion about cloning. And you are probably thinking about some magic human duplication and not the actual cloning, right? =) Cause making a baby with the exact same DNA as yours isn't really that different from making a baby the natural way, you wouldn't know it was any different if you weren't told.

That again, you are saying what I am thinking too =) Once that Frankenstein monster boy is assembled we have to accept him as a person, so.
