Anime that don't have a story at all

Even the gag anime, action anime and every other genre got some backup story or the main plot except hentai. Is there any anime that don't have a plot? Like a News thing?

Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan doesn't have an over-arching story. It's really episodic. And, I watched Hyouka a long time ago, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have an over-arching narrative too. Many gag anime I've seen don't have one. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is also one. I also love all these three anime.

Pretty much everything has a story, even a anime about nothing is a story in itself even if its not even good. Even hentais have story, poor or great as they can be.

I guess what he's talking about is an over-arching narrative. So, pretty much every episodic anime doesn't have a 'story' according to his definition.

Yeah, well, it's just that I assumed he's talking about an over-arching story. All of these anime have a plot. It's just that they are structured in an episodic way.

then, may be i didn't get his post. if the episodic way is what he is looking for, then just anime, with no other plot is detective neuro nougami, mob psycho. i like episodic anime personally.

i prefer yaoi hentai but i didn't like boku no pico which is just a hentai. even the sensitive pornography is yao hentai but i liked it better than boku no pico.

I don't too. I'm just assuming. I've never watched any anime without a plot. Or anything, for that matter.
